At NeroGiardini, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Italian-crafted footwear; if you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Initiate Your Request

Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

Prepare the Package

Place your unworn footwear back into its original NeroGiardini box and secure it inside a shipping carton, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside.

Ship the Items

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original order or via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
